Hi, I'm Claude Mollica, welcome to my webpage. I have been a V.I.P. franchisee since 1999.
Prior to owning my own V.I.P. franchise, I owned my own Panel Beating Business.
Claude Mollica has 11 years experience in the cleaning industry most of that has been with VIP. Claude has extensive hands-on experience in the industry, working as a VIP franchisee for many years, so he knows what drives franchisees to excel in customer service. He has successfully completed a range of qualifications including Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources and Training via Certificate 111 in Asset Maintenance. Claude Mollica has the responsibility of ensuring our internal operations systems are implemented and maintained across our sites. This also includes Sales, Franchisee support, incident follow ups and problem solving, OHS audits, risk assessments, training and liaising with clients. Claude continually strives to ‘match a customer to a franchisee’s skills and experience to ensure ongoing and complete client satisfaction’.
