About Us

Hi, I'm Greg Pearson, welcome to my webpage. I have been a V.I.P. franchisee since 2004. The thing I enjoy about owning my own V.I.P. franchise is I get to see an instant result and the pleasure of working in a number of beautiful: the most beautiful lawns and gardens in the Beecroft area.

Prior to owning my own V.I.P. franchise, I operated within the Sales and Marketing Department of multi National Food Companies

The V.I.P. lawn mowing / garden maintenance business covering the Beecroft suburb is operated by Greg and Michael Pearson, an uncle and nephew team. This combination of youth and experience ensures that we have energy and attention to detail to make sure that your most important investment, your home, is kept in the best possible standard.

Spring lawn care

It's ' dammed' clover time. No this is not an Alan Jones quote.

I'm referring to is the fact that clover in your lawns is prolific and if you would like a clover free lawn (I'll try and help Alan Jones regarding having a 'Clover' free Sydney later) we would be more than willing to leave you a quote to spray your property.

The good news for you is that if we spray for clover the chemical we use also controls:

Bingy-eye, Capeweed, Carrot weed, Creeping buttercup,Cudweed, Candelionand Funnel weed.

So if you have a weed problem in your lawn / garden in the Beecroft area please give us a call on 13 26 13

If you decide that you would like us to spray all there are a few conditions that we adhere too:

we only spray in the morning so as to give the chemical time to react and dissipate before the kids come home from school.
We will only spray when the rain is not predicted for at least 4 to 5 hours.
We will only spray if there is no dew or rain on grass.
And if the temperature is expected to stay below 26°. All the above conditions are for your safety and to ensure the best result without deteriorating the look of your valuable investment.

After a weed die (about two weeks) we can follow up with a slow release fertiliser to get your lawn looking lush, soft and green.
