Hi, I'm Mark Williams, welcome to my webpage. I have been a V.I.P. franchisee since 2000. The thing I enjoy about owning my own V.I.P. franchise is the freedom and fulfillment of owning and operating my own business

Since commencing with V.I.P i have gained extensive knowledge and experience in everything from general household lawnmowing to maintenance programs for commercial and residential strata properties.

We are experienced and capable of providing the following services -

Lawn Mowing including rotary, cylinder and ride on

Lawn Care fertilising, aerating, weed control, top dressing

Gardening all aspects including, appropriate plants, weeding, fertilising, insectides, what when and how to prune, mulching

Landscaping (soft), timber retaining walls, new gardens

Hedging standard, informal and formal

Turf laying of new lawns

Irrigation automatic and manual drip and spray systems

Trees lopping, trimming and stump grinding

Handyman Services  -  Timber Fencing  -  Gutter Clearing

We specialise in developing packages for both Residential and Commercial Strata properties where we can establish a proposed scope of work and quote accordingly, or use the scope of work provided. Our aim is to develop the perfect package for your site to ensure maintenance needs are met in an efficient and cost effective manner.

We are fully compliant with Workcover safety practices and have completed an Occupational Health and Safety Construction Induction Training Certificate, are a registered Trades Monitor Contractor and have applicable permits from Sydney Water in regards to water use during the current phase of water restrictions.
