Hi, I'm Anthony McMillan, welcome to my webpage. The thing I enjoy about owning my own V.I.P. franchise is the freedom and flexibility of owning my own business.

	After 4 the before and after shot of this transformation speaks for itself. the old dying lawn has been removed, new soil brought in and new lawn laid with a full irrigation system.

	After 3 the front of this property was totally transformed with a total clean up and a number of plants that were transplanted and are still surviving. Synthetic lawn was placed in the centre of the area and a row of oleanders were planted as a front hedge and a row of pittosporum down the side of the property. The veranda was enclosed with a lattice work frame and painted to match the house. All the garden beds had weed mat laid so it encouraged a very low maintenance garden for the future. Also all the plants have a fully automated dripper system.

	After 2 the old retaining wall was replaced with a concrete/steel retaining wall. the client was extremely happy with the transformation
	Before 2 this area had a very old timber retaining wall which was removed and dispossed of.
	After 1 this arrangement was designed in proportion with the current edging that was originally there. it consists of tom thumb and japanese hedge plants with a beautiful weeping mulberry in the centre. the entire area was covered with a cottage pebble which set it off and coincided with the appeal of the property.
