Sam LingDoug's youngest son commenced working full time on 25 July. Sam has been working with doug one or two days a week for the last three months. Sam has been a Chef for 14 years and is looking forward to getting a life, working normal hours and having evenings and weekends off to enjoy his hobbies such as Car Rallying with his Datsun 1800 fully worked rally car.
