About Us

Hi, I'm John Walton, welcome to my webpage. I have been a V.I.P. franchisee since 1995. The thing I enjoy about owning my own V.I.P. franchise is the flexible lifestyle that V.I.P. provides me with. This allows me to coach my two boys at soccer and cricket.

Prior to owning my own V.I.P. franchise, I was a corporate manager in sales and marketing.

I am the Master franchisee for Bayside and North Gold Coast

As well as being a specialist in home cleaning, i also specialise in strip and seal jobs and carpet cleaning.

My latest accredited service is glass restoration that is perfect for shower screens or glass that is stained from bore water or salt water.

	George and Sunee George and Sunee recently bought a franchise on the Gold Coast and are doing very well. 	polished tiles These tiles have been polished with a diamond pad The bottom tile is unpolished and due to excess scratching the down lights cant be seen as a reflection. The next 3 tiles from the bottom tile have been polished and only the first polished tile has been treated with a enhanced plus penetrating sealer. The enhanced plus also 'hides' scratches and offers a 'wet look' finish for up to 5 years. Cleaning the floor is then a simple process of using a dry micro fibre floor tool and polish with a dry diamond pad that can be hosed off after each treatment. All of this is done dry avoiding accidental slipping by customers. Other treatments are available too. For more information ring John Walton 0439 734 314.
	enhanced plus This marble tile has been badly scratched due to high traffic. The left hand tile is unpolished but enhanced plus was used in the middle of the tile as a graphic example of how the penetrating sealer works in 'removing' scratches. The scratches are still in the tile on the left but the 'wet look' finish hides them. The tile on the right has been diamond polished and 'enhanced' to give the complete finish.
	car windscreen Nanotechnology can protect your windscreen for up to 30,000 klms. On this photo the drivers side has been protected only and visibility is quite clear even in a car wash.

	Granite vanity restored This is the vanity after the V.I.P. restoration process and all of the stains have been removed.
	Granite vanity sealed The final process is to use 2 coats of granite sealer to seal and protect the surface of the granite to make it look like new and also protect it from further damage. All porous stone finishes are at risk of acid staining and should be sealed after installation.
	shower screen protection Once your shower screen and mirrors have been protected your glass will look like new for 2 years with a full warranty. Cleaning time can be reduced by up to 90%
	glass restoration before This shower screen had a very bad build up of soap scum, minerals and was unable to be cleaned by the normal methods. The process to restore glass is similar to a cut and polish on your car except we use a special glass cutting compound.
	shower screen restored and protected The difference is remarkable! Cleaning is now reduced by up to 90% and you get a 2 year warranty! The protective coating repels soap, minerals and dirt. Most existing glass can be restored saving replacement costs of shower screens that can cost $2000.
	pool fencing - glass restoration Glass restoration is critical to obtain the perfect finish. This will add value to your property. This glass pool fencing is being prepared for a protective coating. The glass is only 6 months old and is already salt damaged due to salt from the pool and being on the beach at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast. Once the glass has been restored a protective coating is applied and can be easily cleaned. The glass is guarantied for 2 years.
	pool fencing - protective coating This is the final result and your pool fence is now protected from dirt and salt. Cleaning is now easy to clean as the glass will repell salt and dirt and reduce cleaning by up to 90%. Cleaning products will be recommend for use by the pool owner to keep the glass looking like new and in most cases a simple hose down with fresh water will remove most of the salt and dirt.
	glass protection boats Why not have your boat glass protected so the sea salt build up can be reduced. Salt laden water will bead off rather than dry on the screen. Increase your boating pleasure with the safety of better vision, especially at night. You don't need to have an ocean going tug like in the photo all boat sizes can be catered for.
	Buffing These unsealed vinyl floors re mopped with a wash and acrylic polish detergent and then buffed with a soft pad to give a high gloss finish. This treatment can also be used on sealed floors to give a higher gloss finish.
	Carpet cleaning Old carpets can be brought back to life. This old carpet was pre sprayed with a carpet rejuvinating detergent and rinsed with a carpet conditioner. This process enhanced all of the carpet colours and left the carpets soft and fluffy with a fresh smell.
	Strip and sealed kitchen floors Kitchen floors come to life once they are cleaned and the sealer is applied. All of the colouring of the floors revert almost 100% to their vibrant original state.
	Machine scrubbing The cleaning process is to soak the floor with quality assured Agar cleaning products and machine scrub before extraction.
	Extraction The Clark Extractor 500 removes all of the dirt and rubbish from the floor that the scrubbing machine has cleaned.
	vinyl floors The first of 3 coats of sealer is being applied to give a bright clean look at this day care centre. The sealer makes it easier to mop and keep clean. Without the sealer the vinyl absorbs dirt and never looks clean.
	Timber floors before treatment As you can see in this before shot, the fimber has lost it's shine and looks very dull.
	Timber floors during treatment This timber floor is having the first coat applied in a community hall. The floor was only one year old and was heavily worn due to very high traffic. Using a sealer is a one day process, with no smells or sanding required.

	Concrete and tile sealer This process protects non slip areas from soilage and repels dirt and water. It can also be used on internal tiles. This is a perfect solution for protecting office areas from warehouse soilage like grease and oil. It is a very fast drying spirit based sealer. Treated surfaces can be walked on within 30 minutes of the last application.
	Concrete area being maintained Once the treatment has been done the non slip concrete can be simply hosed clean. Before the treatment the only cleaning option was a high pressure cleaner. This makes ongoing cleaning more manageable and cost effective.

	Lift after treatment The finished product after a machine scrub and 3 coats of sealer being applied. Each of the 8 lifts were out of service for 40 minutes each by using dryers between coats.
