If your pump is not working, or you have a problem with your pool, and don't know where to start, your local V.I.P. Pool Care Franchisee can find the problem and fix it.
To discuss your pool or spa care requirements with your local V.I.P.'s Pool Care franchisee, please call 13 26 13 or fill out the enquiry form on the right hand side of the page. Our National Office based Customer Care Centre will arrange for your local Pool Care franchisee to contact you and provide you with a no obligation, free quote. **Please note that V.I.P. Pool Care is currently only operational in Perth, Western Australia.
PLEASE NOTE: V.I.P. will make every effort to organise a franchisee to service your needs, and with over 850 franchisees across Australia, it is likely there is a V.I.P. Franchisee within your local area to service your needs. However, if V.I.P. does not have a franchisee to provide a specific service in your area, then V.I.P. may not be able to provide that service to you.
