The Quote Process
When you request a no obligation quote by calling 13 26 13, I meet with you personally and go through the cleaning needs of each section of your workplace including the kitchens, bathrooms, staff areas, offices, boardroom, reception and any common areas.
We discuss key areas that you would like me to focus on or that your staff has raised as an ongoing issue. I make sure to pay particular attention to these areas.
From there I provide a quote for your consideration.
Communication
When you accept my quote. I will provide you with a Communication Book. Please write anything thing you need to tell me in the book, I check it at the beginning of each clean.
I am also contactable via mobile and can meet in person as required.
