Communication is Important
The two most important things my customers are looking for in their commercial cleaner is reliability and communication.
When I begin cleaning your workplace I supply you with a communication book.
In this notebook please write any notes to me of anything once off or anything that is a change from the normal routine.
I read this book at the beginning of each clean. (A perfect situation would be to note the upcoming office party)
I am also available via mobile phone and I can come in a meet with you as needed.
Home Cleaning
