Communication is a Priority
When I begin cleaning your workplace I provide you with a communication book.
In this book feel free to write any notes you need me to be aware of or any once off situations that have occured. I check this book at the beginning of each clean.
I also give you my mobile number when you need to contact me. I am also able to meet with you if needed.
The quote process
When you request a quote I will meet with you personally and go though your workplace's specific cleaning needs.
We will discuss the kitchens, bathrooms, offices, boardroom, reception, hallways, offices, desktops and any other common areas.
I will ask you for your specific cleaning needs that you require or your staff have raised.
From there I provide you with a quote for your consideration.
Windows
I also clean windows on single storey buildings. This can be a once off or included as part of a regular cleaning routine.
Builders Cleans
If your office has had renovation you will need a builders clean.
No matter how careful the builder is, it has been my experience that there is a lot of dust produced in the building process.
This settles on all services in all rooms and leaves a big mess to clean up.
Of course a builder will clean the rooms he has renovated but I have found that the rest of the workplace is not cleaned - even though there is lots of dust created.
