Sylvia has been cleaning for me for the past few years. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every surface, floor, carpet is cleaned thoroughly each fortnight. She has also offered additional services as required, such as end of year plantation shutters and window sill cleaning, end of year when I was planning to move to a new house involving cleaning skirting boards, inside drawers and cupboards and removing any cobwebs. I have been so happy with Sylvia's work ethic - she has been flexible when I wasn't able to engage her due to extensive travel, and has always been able to swap days if there was illness in the house.
