As described by landlord of requested work. All gardens need to be weeded. Lawn clippings to be removed from grass and garden areas throughout. Weeds to be removed from hedges throughout, trees to be pruned from shed door and pathway next to shed and lawn to be edged. Paths to be swept from and rear including rubbish removed from gardens. Some weeding was done but the rubbish is still in the garden beds. Let me know your thoughts Lee. Thanks mate its hard to find genuine people these days. Make sure you leave me with some cards once you are done I will be handing them out for you. Just a quick bit of praise for you. You did an insanely good job for our end of lease clean up. I wouldn't have done a job to that level with a month to get it done. Due to your efforts we have just been given the word we have passed our final inspection. Thanks for your efforts. I have already started to pass your cards on.

Tessa called the VIP Call Centre requesting a replacement service provider and she was put onto franchisee Lee Northey. She said that Lee called her that same day and attended the property on Friday. She wasn't home whilst he provided the service but when she arrived home, she was nearly in tears. She didn't even recognise her own front and backyards and said that he had done the most wonderful job ever. She also went on to say that she would be sharing his business card and details with all her friends.
Tessa also stated that she was the happiest person on the planet and that if she lived to 100 she would ensure that Lee continued to maintain her property.
